International Cost and Payments
International Student Tuition & Fees
For international students, tuition for the 2026-2027 academic year is $209.50 USD per credit hour. The table below projects a budget for one year, full-time enrollment of 15 credit hours per semester. Students who wish to progress at a faster rate can choose to enroll in the summer session as well.

Financial Documentation
International students must have proof of financial support while on an F-1 student visa. F-1 students must submit this documentation for admission, showing that they can pay for the estimated cost of at least 1 year of attendance, even if the actual cost varies. 91制片厂 may also require updated financial support documentation during a student鈥檚 studies. Situations that require updated financial support documents include:
- Applying for reinstatement after SEVIS termination
- Applying for a re-entry I-20 after SEVIS termination
- Documented loss of sponsorship or scholarship
- Change of program from Pre-Nursing to Nursing
Insurance Requirement
Medical insurance coverage is required for all international students. This coverage is not available through 91制片厂. Students must purchase coverage and provide proof of coverage before the start of classes.
- Insurance must meet the following requirements:
- Medical benefits of at least $100,000 per accident or illness
- Coverage of at least $10,000 for repatriation of remains
- Coverage of at least $15,000 for medical evacuation
- A deductible per accident or illness not exceeding $500
- Include inpatient and outpatient coverage for sickness and accidents
91制片厂 does not recommend a specific insurance company or policy. Purchased coverage must be active during the entire semester or school year. Information on the dates of coverage must be provided when submitting proof of medical insurance. If proof of insurance is not received after classes begin, a hold will be placed on the student鈥檚 account. This will prevent future enrollment.
Processing Fee of $75
91制片厂 requires a non-refundable $75 USD processing fee for full-time F-1 international students. This includes all applicants overseas and transfer students from other institutions. The non-refundable processing fee must be paid within 7 days of the admissions deadline to be considered for admission. International guest students pay a $25 USD processing fee each semester. Payment Methods
When making any payment on your account, including the processing fee, you will need to provide your name and 91制片厂 student ID.
From outside the United States
Online payment via , such as bank wire transfers or debit/credit card payments, are available in your home country currency.
From within the United States
- You can pay in-person at an Student Accounts and Receivables office at 91制片厂 of Andover or 91制片厂 of El Dorado. Cash, card, or check (from a bank in the United States) are accepted.
- Call the Student Accounts and Receivables office at 1.316.322.3181 to pay over the phone using a credit card.
- Online through your My91制片厂CC account, click 鈥淢y Account鈥 to access the Student Payment Center (the $75 admission processing fee cannot be paid through the My91制片厂CC account).
Tuition and Fee Payments
Tuition, fees, and other charges are always due at the beginning of each semester. Late payments are subject to late fees. Monthly payment plans are available, and can be arranged through emailing Student Accounts and Receivables at paymentplan@butlercc.edu or calling at 316.322.3181. If student bills are not paid, a hold will be placed on the student鈥檚 account that may prevent future enrollment, schedule changes, and transcript orders, which may negatively affect the student鈥檚 visa status.
