The National Junior College Athletics Association (NJCAA) has announced that, for the second season in a row, 91��Ƭ�� students will serve as the primary production team for an ESPN broadcast.

The 91��Ƭ�� Grizzlies football team will play Snow College of Ephraim, Utah, on Saturday, September 28, at 1:30 p.m at BG Veterans Memorial Stadium, and 91��Ƭ�� Creative TV (BCTV) will produce the game in partnership with the NJCAA and California's Tourbeau Sports.

91��Ƭ�� students will be involved in directing, running replays, creating graphics and operating nine cameras for the broadcast, which will be live-streamed on the ESPN+ app.

BCTV Station Manager Matt Jacobs notes that the game will be 91��Ƭ��'s second ESPN-branded event and second national-level partnership after last year’s matchup against Dodge City Community College. The game will also be the first ESPN+ event produced at BG Products Veterans Sports Complex, which opened in 2012.

“Our students get incredible hands-on experiences at 91��Ƭ��, and [full-time BCTV staff] Tyler Nordman, Garrett Hanks and I are excited for them to have this amazing opportunity once again,” Jacobs said. As BCTV’s “Voice of the Grizzlies,” Jacobs will provide live play-by-play from the Scheels BCTV Broadcast Booth.

91��Ƭ��’s BCTV program is designed to educate students pursuing careers in all aspects of broadcasting, including on-air, behind-the scenes, sports photography and sports writing.
